What is Leadership Community?

It is a Saturday morning gathering designed to affirm, empower and build relationships between ministries and ministry leaders. It is an opportunity for leaders to see where their ministry fits into the greater vision of Good Shepherd and to learn how to better equip their ministry teams to be good servants.

When is Leadership Community?

There are four leadership events scheduled this year. On August 25, November 10, January 12 and April 26. They will be held from 8:30 until 11:30 am with the first half hour for food and fellowship.

What will we do?

We will get to know one another better, worship together, learn together, get useful tools, and spend time with other team members strengthening our own ministries. We will learn about focusing on mission, team building and servant leadership.
